About Us
Our Story
At Renovate and Rebuild, we bring craftsmanship, professionalism, and local experience to every job. Based in St. Petersburg, we’re a mid-sized renovation company with the capacity for large-scale projects and the attention to detail only a hands-on team can provide.
Founder Brian Vanek has spent over 25 years building, restoring, and remodeling homes and structures in Florida and the Bahamas. While attending construction school in Orlando, Brian worked on a framing crew in Windermere, Florida, including the Isleworth neighborhood. In January of 2001, he opened his first construction business in St. Petersburg, FL. Since then, he has accomplished an extensive range of construction projects in Florida, including developing and building a neighborhood in Abaco, Bahamas.
Renovate and Build is one of the few construction companies in the area with extremely skilled in-house labor that has been loyal to the company for up to two decades. Our craftsmanship never lets anyone down.
Whether it’s a brand-new home for your family or an addition to your existing home, we’re committed to building or renovating your space exactly the way you envision it.
We also work with several architects, partnering with our customers to meet their specific needs.
We’re not the biggest — just the most responsive. With a hands-on owner, high-end craftsmanship, and over 100 remodels and historic restorations completed, we take on fewer projects so we can do them right, on time, and with care.
